GYROKINESIS®
GYROKINESIS® is a dynamic workout invented by Juliu Horvath. It produces the same benefits as GYROTONIC® and shares all of the core principles of the GYROTONIC EXPANSION SYSTEM® without the use of any equipment. This methodology works the entire body through seven natural elements of spinal movement and systematically and gently works the joints and muscles through rhythmic and undulating exercises. These movements, coupled with corresponding breathing patterns:

Postures are not held for long periods of time.
