The GYROTONIC EXPANSION SYSTEM® stretches and strengthens muscles, while simultaneously stimulating and strengthening the connective tissue in and around the joints of the body. Major muscle groups are worked both interdependently and in an integrated manner, increasing range of motion and improving coordination. Exercises, synchronized with corresponding breathing patterns, enhance aerobic and cardiovascular stimulation and promote neuromuscular rejuvenation.
