Michelle is a Senior Pilates instructor and a GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® Specialized Master Trainer. She offers personal training on the Pilates, GYROTONIC®, and CoreAlign equipment at the beautiful Kinected Studio in Chelsea. Michelle is also available for personal training sessions at your Manhattan home or office.

Custom Training for Every Body

Michelle's focus is on the body rather than on a specific form of exercise or technique. She looks at the body as a whole, recognizing patterns of weakness and inflexibility, and she uses her knowledge of anatomy and human biomechanics to personalize training sessions for each client’s diverse needs. Injuries and physical limitations are addressed with the utmost care. Sport-specific cross-training programs are designed to encourage peak athletic performance and freedom from injury, whether the client is a professional athlete or a “weekend warrior."
