The GYROTONIC® Applications for Equestrians Course is approved by Juliu Horvath as a Certified Trainer Update course. Michelle created this course for the Certified GYROTONIC® Instructor who wishes to work more effectively with an equestrian clientele. Over three intensive days, we will practice doing and teaching GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® exercises off the horse that will help horse riders to perform better when mounted – exercises that can ultimately improve the way riders communicate with their horses and help keep their bodies healthy for riding. Attendees will learn about common riding goals and pitfalls and how to design private sessions and classes to address them. All Certified GYROTONIC® Instructors are welcome. A familiarity with horse-riding is a plus, but it is not a requirement to attend the course. All participants will receive a course manual.

Pre-requisite: Must be a fully-certified GYROTONIC® Level 1 instructor.90
